At Certified Origins, a leader in private label extra virgin olive oil, growth means more than expanding operations, it’s about creating environments where people, ideas, and collaborations thrive.
Over the past year, our teams in the U.S. and Italy have advanced this vision through two key projects: a new bottling facility in Virginia and the renovation of our Braccagni (Tuscany) headquarters.
A New Hub for the U.S. Market
In Newport News, Virginia, our new bottling facility marks an important step in our journey across North America. The site is designed to make our supply chain more efficient and sustainable, while ensuring our products reach American consumers with the same quality that characterizes our Mediterranean experience.
The facility includes a dedicated quality control laboratory and a flexible production area capable of handling various packaging formats for retail partners across the country.
As our U.S. Director, Nacho Nuez, shared:
“Our U.S. team is young, motivated, and sensitive to the challenges of fast-moving international markets. Operating in a country where only half of households regularly consume olive oil is a daily opportunity for growth and cultural exchange. The Virginia facility is not just a production site, it’s a bridge between Mediterranean food culture and the vibrant heart of North American distribution, home to some of the world’s largest retail chains. We’re here to grow alongside the market, step by step.”

Renewing Our Italian Home
Meanwhile, the renovation and expansion of our group headquarters in Grosseto, Tuscany is reshaping the space to enhance everyday work life. The project expands shared areas, such as the cafeteria and meeting rooms, while introducing new spaces for collaboration and relaxation, including an outdoor terrace.
As our Italy Director, Daniele Barbini, explains:
“This investment marks a key milestone in our company’s evolution: from what was once an ambitious dream into a thriving business built on passion, expertise, and teamwork. The credit goes to the many dedicated people who help Certified Origins grow every day. We feel deeply connected to our home in Tuscany and take pride in contributing to local job creation and professional development.
